This 45' pontoon barge was overhauled in the spring of 2008 and custom fitted for Lopez Island’s Oil Spill Association (IOSA) and is utilized to carry oil containment boom and oil spill responders. During its overhaul, I completed a full restoration and repainting of the aluminum cabin. See article and photo in Islands Weekly.
