This custom yellow cedar door was constructed with found yellow cedar and vertical grain fir reclaimed from the beach at Hunter Bay. The custom iron hinges were manufactured individually on Lopez Island by Joe Niederman. The door, which was completely weathered and worn, was fully restored to 'like new' condition in 1995.
